John Pappas is a Montreal healthcare entrepreneur with 30 years across the continuum of care. As Founder & CEO of CHI Intel, he leads the firm's mission to turn healthcare knowledge and expertise into measurable results — and is a driving force behind chronic disease management as the next evolution of primary and community-based care. Earlier in his career he established Quebec's first private surgical centre, founding and launching private surgical care in the province, and has since built ventures spanning diagnostics, health data, and health-system operations.

Daniel Guay is a Montreal health-technology builder with more than 30 years in information technology — the last 22 as founder and President & CEO of Groupe GSC, an ISO 9001-certified consultancy serving Quebec's health sector. He is the creator of HYGÉE+, a Canada Health Infoway–qualified remote-care and chronic-disease-management platform, and as CHI Intel's Chief Technology Officer leads the technology strategy behind the firm's health-intelligence mandates and the Hygée+ deployment roadmap.

Roee Ben-Eli built his healthcare knowledge from the inside — over 20 years as a registered nurse, clinic founder, program director, and healthcare executive. He has launched Quebec-first and Canada-first clinical programs, directed a national digital mental-health platform that delivered 10,000+ visits in its first year, and led growth partnerships with Canada's largest insurers at TELUS Health. As CHI Intel's Chief Operating Officer, Roee brings that operator's lens to deploying chronic disease management in the real world: he knows how patients choose, how clinics buy, and what regulators allow — because he has run the programs and answered for the results.
